The company founder Max Weishaupt already believed that even the best production method is worthless if it isn't backed up by reliable customer service. Even complex consumer goods like televisions and cars don't require such prompt and reliable service as burners and heating systems do. That's why Weishaupt organizes regular training for contractors and heating engineers in Mississauga/Ontario (see also cooperation).
