Currently, we are seeking a full-time Junior Purchasing Coordinator to join our team in Mississauga, ON.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing first-class service to our customers while working collaboratively with our teams.

Currently, we are seeking a full-time Junior Purchasing Coordinator to join our team in Mississauga, ON.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing first-class service to our customers while working collaboratively with our teams.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Reviewing project specifications and requirements
- Creating Pick Lists (Bills of Materials) based on the electrical/ mechanical engineering drawings issued for projects.
- Working together with the engineering group to ensure proper project schedules to meet customers’ requirements.
- Monitor and follow up on project progresses from start to finish.
- Ensuring proper documentation to be provided to various departments (production, QC, purchasing, administration) as well as to the customers.
Requirements and skills
- Bachelor of Engineering degree (Degree in electrical engineering or an engineering degree with an excellent understanding of the electrical subjects, e.g.: motor protection sizing, fuse selection, etc., is preferred)
- Recent experience in the combustion industry (3+ years preferred)
- Working knowledge in AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor
- Knowledge of the electrical panel building process and experience in multi-disciplinary industrial environments are of great advantage.
- Experience with ERP programs such Sage (AccPac), SAP as well as creating Bills of Materials (BOM) is an asset.
- Diligent and detail-oriented
